Specialised in the development, production and supply of technical parts obtained by the injection molding of plastics or elastomers, V&V Engineering has been a key partner for the local industry for more than 20 years.

We are known for taking on complete projects, from the study and design of plastic parts and building moulds (in house) to manufacturing and finishing.

Injection moulding of technical parts requires a good understanding of the processing equipment and an increased knowledge of the rheology of plastics. We work with modular change moulds with ready-to-use inserts. This system has been especially developed for the economic production of small and medium sized series.

SERVICES

PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING

We provide quick-turn thermoplastic injection molding used for prototyping and small series for our customers mainly in Belgium and France. We use advanced aluminum alloy molds with changeable tools that allow us to eliminate the costly and time-consuming custom engineering that normally goes into the development of tooling. We offer low-volume part production starting from series of only 100 pieces.

CNC MACHINING & MOULD MAKING

CNC Machining is a process that involves the use of computers to control machine tools (CAD-CAM). With CNC machining, the computer can control exact positioning and velocity. CNC machining is used for manufacturing both metal and plastic parts, molds and tools.

REPAIR / MAINTENANCE

One of the historical activities of our company, is repairing existing production injection molds. (medical disposables, flower pots, automotive). We understand the need for prompt and efficient service for your injection mold in the event of an emergency or scheduled repair, engineering change or preventive maintenance.
